Important information about refunds for digital products
Under distance selling rules, customers usually have a short period in which they can cancel an order. However, this right does not apply to digital products such as downloadable software, sample packs, or loop libraries.
Once a product has been downloaded to your device, it cannot be returned or refunded. In addition, when you complete your purchase, you are granted a royalty-free license to use the samples and loops in your music. This license is issued at the moment of download, which means the order can no longer be canceled after that point.
